Welcome to the website of South Coast Electric Corp (operating as "Naples Electrician"). By accessing our website (napleselectrician.us) or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Services and Warranties

All electrical services are performed by licensed, insured technicians under Florida State Certification #EC13008722. We warrant that our work will conform to the regulations of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the Florida Building Code (FBC). We provide a standard one-year warranty on our installation workmanship. Parts and equipment (such as breakers, EV charging docks, or standby generators) are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

2. Permitting and HOA Compliance

For major works (including electrical box upgrades, marine dock wiring, and generator integrations) which require municipal building permits in Collier or Lee counties, we will prepare and submit the necessary documents on your behalf. Homeowners are responsible for obtaining approvals from their Homeowners' Association (HOA) where applicable.

3. Payment and Billing Terms

Payment terms are specified on our invoices and project quotes. Standard residential repair jobs require payment immediately upon completion of the work. Large contracting projects (e.g. whole-home rewiring or generator installations) are subject to progress payments, which will be outlined in a separate written agreement before work begins. We accept major credit cards, checks, and secure bank transfer payments.

4. Liability Limitations

South Coast Electric Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from utility power grid fluctuations, severe weather events (hurricanes/floods), or customer-owned equipment failure. Our liability for any claim arising out of our work is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

5. Governance

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal dispute arising out of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County, FL.
